Ok let’s just cut to the chase! No cheesy intro…


Yup I said it.  I know it’s not a word people like to hear but it IS something every single person is affected by at some point…or multiple points, in their life. 

 And what if I told you that MOST of these depression episodes or series can be summarized by ONE simple statement…


But wait…what does that even mean exactly in reference to depression? 

Well to explain it briefly, there are several things that your mind EXPECTS  to happen in various areas of your life, and when those things do not happen in the ways they are expected to, there is disharmony, misalignment, and unbalance in your life…leading to feelings of depression. 

Use your imagination for a moment and visualize this scene:

There are two worlds that exist in your mind. 

  1. The “World of Expectations,” upon which live all of our wants, desires, ideals, preferences and dreams

Then there is: 

  1. The “World of Reality,” upon which, live a state of things as they actually exist; actual happenings and experiences of the moment.  

One world is the idealistic or notional idea of things and the other world is what you’re actually getting.

So now let me ask you…
